Following the acquisition of Indicium Technology Group by SMS Management & Technology, I contributed to the success of the Managed Services within the broader SMS context. Leading the sales initiative nationally for SMS Managed Services, my role led me to finding strategic and high yield outcomes for our clients by repositioning our solutions. By sharing risk with our clients across these initiatives, SMS increased its relevance across the Design, Build & Operate cycle which allowed SMS to succeed across the large corporate, enterprise and government sectors. During my tenure, SMS's Managed Services contribution to the bottom line was immense and equal to the core Consulting activities that SMS had been known for over 30 years.

Access Networks is a leading provider of Data Centre colocation services, WAN and Internet connectivity delivering solutions for a range of corporate and enterprise clients across Australia. Providing access and flexible build options in several Tier3 facilities across the region, Access Networks operates as a Virtual Network Operator in delivering highly resilient fibre links for connectivity into these facilities. By providing colocation services within major points of presence for AWS and Azure, Access Networks is able to provide low latency and redundant connectivity into these platforms allowing our clients to seamlessly move workloads between these environments. The highly skilled technicians in our Sydney based NoC provide proactive monitoring and change management extending these toolsets to our clients providing the visibility they need to understand and optimise the traffic across the network. As a result of building an enviable list of clients with significant locked in and contracted revenue streams, Access Networks was acquired by SMS Management & Technology (ASX: SMX) in July 2013.
