In my role within Wiley's Global ESG team, I lead efforts to drive the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, ensuring that our sustainability initiatives are tightly aligned with organisational objectives. My role is centred on enhancing program efficiency, optimising workflows, and leading strategic projects to enhance overall ESG performance.My work also focuses on streamlining data collection and submission processes, ensuring improved accuracy and operational efficiency in our voluntary reporting. Through these efforts, I help reinforce our commitment to sustainability, climate, and continuous improvement in ESG practices.

In my role at Wiley Global, I achieved seamless data harmonization across pivotal systems - Wiley Global Book Project Management, Salesforce, and Adobe Workfront. Through increased data load frequencies, I elevated data consistency between systems, driving enhanced operational efficiency. My efforts in centralization facilitated error identification, process enhancement, and collaborative issue resolution with cross-functional teams.Moreover, I successfully onboarded Workfront APL onto ServiceNow, ensuring efficient user management, template requests, documentation, and training inquiries. As a system administrator for Adobe Workfront, I managed configurations, and template changes, and oversaw process management. My responsibilities spanned user onboarding, system integrations, and change management. I excelled in data analytics and management, providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting for customer inquiries. My role showcased adaptability, system expertise, and collaborative problem-solving, contributing to streamlined operations and enhanced user experiences.
