Implemented the center of excellence (COE) and led a team of engineers, business analysts, and operations professionals. - I consulted industry projects across multiple disciplines, from product conceptions, the first prototype, to mass-market introduction. Developed product/market/strategy transition plans, and set up the supply chain for key clients. Our clients achieved a 12-18 month “head start” through the incubation program by connecting them to established relationships with vendors, contract manufacturers, banks, and investors.

- I negotiated vendor relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers to build a next-generation network switch and reduce product TCO by over 65%.- I worked directly with engineering teams to design products for DFX.
