• Regional Sourcing – Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufactures for Footwear and handbag category within the designated region. Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.• Product development – Collaborate with design teams to develop new and innovative products that align with market trends and customer preferences. Ensure that product designs meet comfort and durability standards.• Product measurement – Implement and oversee a robust product measurement and quality control process. • Sales return measures/Checks – Monitor and analyses sales returns for footwear and handbag. Investigate the reasons behind returns and implement measures to reduce return rates.• Po Creation - Ensure that the Purchase order released on time, to maintain the OTIF (On time in fulfilment). Undertakes timely release of ITP (Intent to purchase) with accuracy. • Inventory management – Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management practices.• Cost Management – Work closely with suppliers to optimize production costs while maintaining product quality, Identify cost saving opportunities and implement strategies to maximize profitability • Reporting and Analysis – Prepare regular reports on supplier performance product quality, sales returns and inventory levels. Analysis data to identify trends and areas for improvement, taking corrective actions as necessary.

This should lead to improved vendor NPS. • Analyses and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure. • Inspected, verified and documents quantifiable characteristics of finished goods, comparing against customers specifications and company quality standards to achieve acceptable products.
