As the CEO of our new US entity, Tricon Infotech LLC, I am responsible for leading the overall growth, strategy, and vision for the company. In my role as the VP of Engineering, I was responsible for driving technical excellence and innovation within the company and ensuring that the engineering team delivered high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions that met clients and their users’ needs.During my tenure, I helped develop and execute the company’s technical strategy, which included defining the technical roadmap, identifying and prioritizing technical initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and goals. I built, rebuilt, and led high-performing engineering teams (15+ teams) from the ground up.
