As the CEO of our new US entity, Tricon Infotech LLC, I am responsible for leading the overall growth, strategy, and vision for the company. I work closely with the board and executive team to identify growth areas, new and emerging markets, and technologies, ensuring we remain competitive. I also oversee other critical business functions such as finance, legal, human resources, and operations.In addition to these general CEO responsibilities, I have a strong background in software engineering and technology; that, married with my long-standing passion for design, allows me to bring a unique perspective to my leadership style. In my role as the VP of Engineering, I was responsible for driving technical excellence and innovation within the company and ensuring that the engineering team delivered high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions that met clients and their users’ needs.During my tenure, I helped develop and execute the company’s technical strategy, which included defining the technical roadmap, identifying and prioritizing technical initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and goals. I built, rebuilt, and led high-performing engineering teams (15+ teams) from the ground up. Was responsible for hiring, managing performance, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the teams.I also oversaw and was responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering clients’ projects, ensuring they were completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
