Customer Systems Analyst
Current- Analyzing business requirements with stakeholders to identify their needs and requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Salesforce platform.
- Designing and configuring Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. This involves in creating custom objects, fields, workflows, automation rules, Process builders, Triggers, page layouts, record types, public.
- Integrated Salesforce with other systems, such as Vonage, Smart Routes, Matrix, etc.
- Developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and other programming languages.
- Conducting testing and quality assurance to ensure that Salesforce meets business requirements and working seamlessly.
- Documenting processes and procedures to ensure that they can be easily understood and followed by team members.
