Project: Real-time Machine Data Processing and DashboardTools Used: Angular, Kafka, Apache StormDescription: The project aims to develop a robust and scalable system for processing data from spinning machines in real-time and presenting the desired parameters of the machines on a dashboard. The project workflow begins with the spinning machines generating continuous streams of data, which are ingested by Apache Kafka, a distributed streaming platform. The machine data, including parameters such as temperature, speed, production count, error codes, direction of machine placed etc., is streamed to Kafka topics. The Storm topology ensures low-latency data processing, allowing near real-time insights into the spinning machines' performance.The processed data is then stored in a suitable data store, for historical analysis and retrieval. This data serves as a valuable resource for trend analysis, predictive maintenance, and performance optimization.

Project: Asynchronous File uploadDescription: The new asynchronous way of uploading files to server. If file size is large than splitting in chunks and then uploading. The are multiple way to upload files i.e. using http or by directly accessing server side file or by using applet.

Project: Rest Client for MaterialCenterTool Used: Swing, Java, JSON, SVN, Oracle, SpringProject Description: The aim is to handle Model data in the SDM server directly from the Analysis tools rather login and publish data to SDM server. This application integrate with all the application tools like Patran, Ansa, Hypermesh etc. Models can be retrieve, revise and publish back to the SDM server. REsT call used to developed Rich client side application to access MaterialCenter. Job Responsibility: • Feasibility study of the project.• Investigation report prepared for tools required.• Requirement gathering and setting priority of the features.• Prepared Requirement, design and functional document.• Prepared UML class diagram and sequence diagram for the module.• Coding of the module.• Testing of the module with application tools.• Giving demo to the management team and preparing videos of the Use case.

Project: Billing application and making product online/offline. Tool Used: Java, Javascript, JUnit, Hibernate, Web service, Eclipse, Oracle 10g, UML, ANTProject Description: The detail report of product available and billing information for various products can be generated based on selection for a particular store. The report can also be generated based on different selection e.g. product categories, quantity, offers for the period, online/offline product etc. This application also make product online i.e. visible on site for sale or offline i.e. removing product from site because quantity is zero or the offer for that period has expired.Job Responsibility: The responsibility includes development of the module, maintenance of the existing application and also planning the stages at which the module will be delivered.

Project I: Rich Client Development for Installation Client.Tools Used: SimManager, Java5, Swing, JBOSS, Eclipse, Oracle 10g, CVS, Shell scriptProject Description: This project aims to upload and download the files generated during Analysis through UG and Ansys. The User interface is a Swing based client, which fetches the data from SimManager servers and display the users in tree structure, with all the checks has been put so that the actual files shall be published to the servers or downloaded from the servers. The SSO is implemented for the rich client application to let user authenticate with the GE network and the authorization of the application is done in SimManager server.Job Responsibility: I was Project Lead and my responsibility was to manage a small development team of 2. Here I was also involved in requirement gathering from the project focal, designing and developing the project.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Project II: Web Portal Development for Analysis TeamTools Used: JSP, CSS, Spring, AJAX, JBOSS, Java, J2EE, Eclipse, Oracle, XML, CVS, Project Description: The portal aims to manage large amount of files generated during analysis of CAE Drawings by Analysis. These files are distributed around the globe, which shall be managed by developing a centralized repository and the interface to that server. Sim Manager a Simulation Data Management tool is used to configure the web portal and the same has been linked to Single Sign On of the GE Network.Job Responsibility: The responsibility comprise of the interacting with group (customer) for understanding their requirement, preparing various documents starting from SRS (Software Requirement Specification), FDD (Functional Design Document) and developing and customizing the portal. Team comprise of 3 people.

Project: SMS Credit Control Function for Pre-Paid CustomerTools Used: Seagull, Ethereal, Java, J2EE, JUNIT, JBOSS, Borland Together (UML).Project Description: The objective of this project is to develop the CAMEL4 SMS Charging Control module, which has the functionality of interacting one side with the SS7 network for receiving the CAMEL4 SMS triggers and on other side interacting with the Online-Charging-Server module or other charging modules to send the SMS disposition instructions back to the SS7 network. Job Responsibility: To design the architecture of the complete functionality of the SMS feature and to prepare UML diagrams - use-case, state diagram, sequence diagram and the class interaction diagram with proper design pattern in place.

Project I: Development of Designing and Costing Software ToolDescription: Genesis is an environment where one can design an Electrical System for any Industry or Building and also calculate the cost of the system. With the help of Genesis the following drawings / documents can be generated:1. Single line Diagram. 2. General Arrangement Diagram. 3. Costing Details.Job Responsibility: I was involved with the development team to assist in developing the non-standard part of the Electrical System. Assisting them understand the logic and design of the non-standard design and specification. This can also be invoked from right clicking the folder. Job Responsibility: Implementation of the application and deployment of the executable on the central server to make it available to the users.
