Twenty Five years ago, I came to the United States with an engineering degree, $700, and a job offer. Six months in, the job market crashed due to the Y2K collapse, leaving me with limited options. To make ends meet, I started working at a cellphone cart, but soon realized that relying on a salary alone wouldn’t be enough to pay off my debts. That’s when I decided to take a leap and set up my own cellphone cart, igniting my passion for business.What began as one cart quickly grew into a thriving operation of 28 carts across malls nationwide, generating six figures in monthly net income. From there, I shifted gears into scrap metal trading, exporting from the U.S. and Mexico to Asia. Through hard work and perseverance, I found success in the industry but ultimately decided to step back due to a lack of capital for growth.I then helped my father scale his manufacturing business in India by selling products on Amazon and to wholesalers in the U.S., growing it into a high seven-figure operation. In 2020, COVID-19 disrupted global supply chains, forcing me to pivot once again. This time, I entered the liquor store business, purchasing my first store for $4.5M with zero money out of pocket. Through strategic management and relentless effort, I grew that business to $8M in annual revenue and expanded by acquiring more stores across Phoenix.Throughout these acquisitions, I recognized a recurring challenge: while the businesses were profitable, much of the cash flow was tied up in debt payments. I realized that in order to unlock greater value and cash liquidity, I needed to either refinance existing debt or secure capital for future acquisitions. This led me to pursue raising capital, not just to fuel my own growth, but to help investors benefit from the opportunities I’ve identified through decades of hands-on experience.With over 25 years of experience across multiple industries in the U.S., I am now focused on raising capital and offering investors the chance to multiply their returns.
