I have always been a team player and believe that if team has to win, each team member has to play his important role and I firmly believe that each individual has got ability and is blessed with few special skills.In my 25 years of working, I concluded that only genuine, long term and win-win approach lead you to your goals. Born in Chandni Chowk, Delhi, I have crossed all the narrow lanes early in my life. I have been based in 14 cities in India and traveled at least 18 states extensively. I have experienced 10 different consumer cultures in terms of geography, religion and product segments.More than achieving sales targets and business objectives, what has given me immense satisfaction, is growth of people around me, whether they are my bosses, colleagues, reporting officers, channel partners or vendors. When ever I get a call from any of my old associate and he/she informs me about their growth, it gives me a sense of achievement and pride.Another of my profession charters tic has been scouting and accepting the toughest jobs. Many a times, I have bridged the gap of business objectives or targets of my superiors and organizations by exceeding my targets.
