I worked for 23 years in the corporate sector, grew from being a sales executive to a VP of a series C Funded startup , then I walked away from it all , started my career again , from zero. :)In the last 2 years i have successfully built a 6 figure solo business of coaching training and mentoring working with over 160 + individual clients and top corporates to coach and guide them for sales and career success and growth.In my last corporate assignment I led the ( LMS) SaaS product business to a 100% increase in revenues , active users & client growth , all over a a span of 21 months .I was also part of the core leadership team which led the successful integration of our startup ( Oustlabs)I take pride in - - Building the North India business of a MNC Training company to 4 times its original revenues - Setting up & Scaling the business of 2 of Indias largest staffing firms - Successfully leading remote teams in pre /during and post covid era and achieving business growth targets But this is just one part of the story -My story is also of one of self transformation & rise of a shy , introvert guy from a middle class family with no corporate background from a entry level job to CXO level in the corporate world , this was nether smooth or continuous, I faced many personal ,professional challenges , learnt from them which has made me the person i am today and shaped my beliefs.I believe that all of us irrespective of our background or gender have unlimited potential for growth and success. We only need to embrace , accept and adapt to change & challenges of life & get the right coaching , mentoring and training at the right time.
