Having more than 25 years of experience in sectors such as Food and Agriculture Industry, in Capital Markets and having actively involved in the Energy Sector and the establishment of the Greek Energy Exchange (EnEx), having experience in Exports mainly in SEE countries, working as expatriate in Bulgaria as also in high ranking positions in Greece and Serbia, gained a lot in professional, personal and social experiences. During his career in Athens Exchange Group, involved in different projects such as the function of Capital Markets, on Alternative funding of the Entrepreneurship, in International business development and Co-operation projects, executed Technical Assistance projects in SEEMENA and Black Sea countries funded by EU and the Greek Government, having business relations with high governmental and other think tank officials mainly in Eastern Europe and Mediterranean countries, as also with policy makers, business organizations and entrepreneurs from those countries. Since May 2022 is Vice President at EPSILON NET SA and Independent Non Executive member of BoD, Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and also actively involved on ESG issues Pantelis was group CEO at Hellenic Sugar Industry, Non-Executive BoD member at EDA THESS, while he is associated at Capital Market Experts, ANADOMO SA and SYSTASI ltd.Pantelis studies Business Administration and Management at University of Macedonia, Greece, holds MBA certificate from IMESE (Greece) and Executive Diploma in Management from CMI, UK. Apart English, speaks basic French and sufficient Bulgarian.
