I am a Dean's List and James Scholar engineering student eager to learn and excited for the next challenge.I have strong passions in mathematics, computational physics, computer science, and finance. My problem-solving and analytical mindset drives my curiosity and ingenuity.Currently an undergraduate research intern at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) conducting research in artificial intelligence inference and training under the mentorship of Dr. Eliu Huerta and Dr. Roland Haas. My goal is to benchmark and assess the performance differences between AI models executed on graphic processing units and those executed on a quantum computer. Leadership and ExperienceVice President and Treasurer of the Association for Quantitative Trading Education (AQTE) at UIUC. I work on designing a semester-long curriculum composed of finance, statistics, and computer science workshops as well as implementing several different trading algorithms. I manage all communication between the organization and its network of 300 people and am in charge of all outreach and sponsorship responsibilities. As Treasurer, I oversee and account for all of AQTE's transactions and business. In September, 2022, I Directed Tri The Illini, a sprint triathlon on campus that generated over $26,000 in revenue and over $7,000 in profit. I worked with the road commissioners, the police department, several sponsors, USA Triathlon, Medal and T-Shirt suppliers, as well as many other parties.
