In addition to my industry experience, I spent two years in academia. During that time, I was a student and later served as a co-trainer for the Predictive Business Analytics program offered by Northwestern University. I am proud to say that I am a recipient of the Teaching Excellence award at Bridge school of management for my work as a co-trainer in the Predictive Business Analytics program Northwestern University offers.

I have a wealth of experience leading business operations in various roles. For two years, I led business operations for the CEO's office at IBM India-GPS. My responsibilities included business planning, growth, change management, delivery excellence, and transformation projects. I supported a revenue of over $250 million and 45,000 employees.I have also held leadership roles in performance reporting and service delivery. I spent three years setting up a reporting organisation to ensure consistent reporting and KPI monitoring across 65 global accounts. I also set up a CRM delivery centre in Costa Rica for IBM GPS, ramping up to 500 FTEs in 6 months. As a service delivery leader, I managed multi-geography Fortune 500 accounts, leading teams of 3500 plus employees in Costa Rica, the Philippines, and India. I also served as the Sr Manager of Training, Quality, and Workflow for a US-based software company.I am proud to have received several awards for my work, including the Asia Pacific leadership award, the CEO's award for delivery excellence, the Phoenix award for project turnaround, the Torch Bearer award for Vision, Mission, and Values, and the Pillar of IBM GPS award.

Cogito Technologies is a company that specialises in helping companies market their products to a global audience by creating virtual showrooms and product demonstrations. We have had some of the leading Indian buying houses and exporters as our customers. In 2001, we launched our first e-commerce (B2C) site, which expanded our offerings to include computer-based training programs. We have worked with reputable companies such as NIIT and Shell.

As a part of my role at NIIT Limited, I oversaw education delivery through franchisee centres.

I was also responsible for sales and account management at Global Telecom.
