Hello! I'm Manit Gera, a recent graduate with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Panjab University and completed my Master's in Mechatronic and Cyber-Physical Systems at TH Deggendorf.I specialize in CAD, simulations, and additive manufacturing. My master's thesis delved into sheet metal forming, showcasing my proficiency in this cutting-edge technology.During my academic journey, I gained hands-on experience during a 5-month as a working student at TC Cham's additive manufacturing lab. I contributed to developing lightweight designs and post-processing 3D printed parts. Additionally, during my 3-month internship and 6-month Master's thesis at Rosenberger, I focused on sheet metal forming. Using FEM Software (Simufact Forming), I created a tool concept for manufacturing the outer conductor of an HF steckverbinder. I optimized its design using Full factorial DOE and Minitab Statistic Software, performing regression analysis.Motivated by my passion for design, simulations and manufacturing, I aspire to become a Development and Design Engineer in the dynamic worlds of automotive and special machines. I am interested in Development Engineering, Design, Simulation, and Additive Manufacturing roles.My ultimate goal is to excel and become the best in my field, continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and creativity.Beyond my professional pursuits, I'm adventurous and enjoy motorbike rides, trekking, camping under the stars, and savouring classical music. I also have a culinary side, with a love for cooking.I'm excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals who share my passion for engineering and technology.
