Service Delivery / Project Manager – Responsible in managing 70+ members Managed Services Project and ensuring the smooth operations. Team comprises of Coordination, Application Packaging / Virtualization and Deployment supporting Business Requirements.

• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and understating Client requirements.• Responsible for enabling teaming between onshore and offshore teams• Coordinate with onshore & offshore team on delivery and ensuring quality & SLA.• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities. Develop schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other SME that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.• Serves as the key liaison between the Client and delivery team• Managing application Assessment/Remediation/Packaging/App-Virtualization/Migration capabilities.• Directly participate in solving of complex problems and demonstrate seniority and expertise • Analyze daily, all reports/data pertaining to customer service/satisfaction performance and identify non-favorable performance areas assigning remediation plans and follow up as appropriate • Develop standard templates and procedures for Dispatching/Workload management• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals• Present periodic Dashboard reports on the current program, future opportunities and issues.• Responsible for GAP analysis, Trend analysis, Defect analysis, and Root Cause analysis process and implementing the Process• Design and Build standard operating environment Software Configurations that reflect agreed functional needs and specifications based on the operating environment design. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

• Managing Assessment/Remediation/Packaging/App-Virtualization/Migration projects for America Region• Leading Onshore & Offshore team and liaise with the project stakeholders.• Responsible for defining and executing an effective and efficient model and process for utilizing offshore & Onshore resources on projects• Directly participate in solving of complex problems and demonstrate seniority and expertise • Help build onshore/offshore team of experienced consulting teams; mentor and develop junior level consultants to improve quality of engagements and strengthen the overall practice• Analyze daily, all reports/data pertaining to customer service/satisfaction performance and identify non-favorable performance areas assigning remediation plans and follow up as appropriate • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
