• Drawing creation for Sheetmetal, weld drawings, casting, hydraulic tube & hose drawings, and assembly drawings of CNHi Agriculture and construction heavy machineries as per ASME standard.• 3D modeling activities on Sheetmetal and assembly components of CNHi Harvesters and balers using CATIA.• Coordinate with customer for design changes and make Tolerance stackup analysis.• Worked on Enovia EC and Teamcenter for drawing change level management. • Collaborate with team members, made Input validation, technical review

• Designing and drawing creation for components of centrifugal air blowers like impeller blades, plates, casing and other assembly components.• Responsible for quality of Sheetmetal components, casting components and incoming raw materials like sheets, rods, aluminum bars, and enameled copper wires.• Developing the press tools, jigs and fixtures as per production requirement.• Contribute for preparing APQP, QFD, DVPR, CVM and various inspection methods.• Worked in DFM, DFA, DFR, DFQ, SPC (QC Tools)• Arrived the product specification by analyzing the data with the help of QC tools and TQM • Contribute to the reverse engineering job design.• Preparing Inspection plan for new product Developments.• Core member of DFMEA in all new project’s development.• Analyzing and identifying the root cause for design failure using 8D approach
