Current• The Datacentre room checks manually like- 1. Server 2. Switch 3. Firewall 4. Chassis 5. AC 6.NAS• UPS Room Check Manually Daily• Troubleshooting LAN & WAN Connectivity• Managed All Unifi WIFI network device & troubleshoot all Problems• Support all type problems handling for any Desktop & laptop.• Support All Kinds of software that are used in SIPS. Tally, TDS, Banking related, GST-related, etc.• Configure and troubleshoot in Outlook and resolved all kinds of issues• Antivirus server Maintenance.• Server OS Patch Updation As and required• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for service request due to critical issue.• Support Network Configuration issues, Software Installation issues, updating Windows Patches, and Internet Connection problems.• Configure VPN client (Virtual Private Network) and troubleshoot.• Providing Remote Support to users for their issues.• Maintain IT Asset Inventory.• Troubleshooting of all of the type’s server hardware & networking problems.• Operating, troubleshooting on IBM tape drive & creating, managing BMR backup on tape drive via Commvault server • Troubleshooting network components like network switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi routers.• Configuring VPN client (Virtual Private Network) and troubleshooting.• Networking for Datacenter firewall maintenance, backup of a switch, and a firewall. Config backup of Switch And I/O Module.• Overall Datacenter Management which includes storage management, Security , Incident, Backup Management.
