I work with a diverse and talented team of recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of each position, and to deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Before joining Dexian in May 2023, I was a technical recruiter at US Tech Solutions for 10 months, where I supported the recruitment process for several clients in the technology sector. Prior to that, I was a quality assurance quality control engineer at Advance Micro Devices for three years, where I tested, evaluated, and improved the performance and reliability of various microchip products.
