I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Maharaja Agrasen College, where I studied business and commerce concepts and developed my analytical and communication skills. I am currently a Business Analyst at Intechglobe, a leading IT consulting firm that provides innovative solutions to complex business problems. I have been working there for over a year and a half, and I have gained valuable experience in leading requirement elicitation sessions, creating user stories and mockups, and supporting the product owner and the technical team.As a Business Analyst, I act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the requirements are clear, accurate, and complete. I use tools such as JIRA, MS Excel, and process flow diagrams to document and communicate the requirements and the functionality of the products. I also help with the improvement of the MIS/Reporting process, by generating and designing reports, diagnosing data issues, and preparing ad-hoc analysis and recommendations. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
