This marked my third venture from inception to creation, where I spearheaded Narayans group's EdTech division, collaborating closely with the CEO and board to devise a comprehensive digital strategy.I personally oversaw departments including IT, HR, Operations, Vendor Management, Media and PMOWithin six months of joining, I successfully assembled a team of over 300 individuals, achieving a remarkable 95% hiring without the need for external consultants/recruitment agencies, effectively reducing the cost per hire to less than 10k.I set up and staffed all departments, appointing leaders for Media, HR, Finance, PMO, Operations, and IT, and devised budget and resource allocation plans for each department.Taking charge of vendor management, I meticulously vetted over 500 vendors and facilitated the onboarding of more than 50 vendors across various departments.Achieved 50% reduction in production costs via strategic vendor partnerships and internal resource planning, while also keeping spending 30% below the allocated 100 Crores budget.Established a PMO along with a dedicated data team to streamline resource utilization, which led to 300% boost in productivity within two months of PMO inceptionLaunched a company-wide website for transparent visibility into department and individual productivity metrics, including project completion rates to support data driven decision makingDeveloped policies and procedures, including frameworks for each department and the organization as a wholeDesigned and implemented project blueprints for internal teams and service providers. This standardized approach ensured a minimum number of project stages and significantly reduced turnaround time (TAT). Project delivery went from a 6-stage process to just 3, and the average TAT dropped from over 100 days to 45 days within 3 months. To further enhance efficiency, media tracking tools like Shotgrid were also implemented.Achieved organization-wide attrition rates of under 10%

Conceptualized Teachee(A SaaS-based E-learning platform to create your own online course or teach live online) as part of my second journey from idea to execution under JOYY.Conducted extensive research analysis and presented a strategic plan to the JOYY leadership team for the Indian EdTech market.Personally interviewed over 100 coaching institute owners and educators, gathering crucial feedback and communicated insights to the product team for implementation.Established a team of over 50 individuals from scratch, covering essential departments such as Operations, Customer Support, and Business Development.Successfully onboarded more than 50,000 educators within a year, including over 500 paying customers.Following a year and a half of successfully growing Teachee, we were acqui-hired by Teachmint, a major EdTech infrastructure player in India.

Worked briefly on an EdTech product, Quesgo, a doubt-solving app, primarily focusing on operations.Collected over 500,000 unique handwriting samples from various geographies and age group to train the doubt-solving search engine.Curated a database of over 2 million questions within six months, covering grades 6 through 12 and major educational boards and competitive exams.Achieved an accuracy rate of ~ 80% in answering questions, including handwritten queries, with Quesgo.Onboarded more than 10 vendors for solutions development.Led the strategy for the Indian market within the EdTech space, resulting in the inception of Teachee.

Led a team of 50+ people who helped me in running Avanti's North and North-East India operations with 100+batches of students(from Grade 6 to 12,Science and Maths) and Avanti's business with an annual turn over of 5Cr+My work place was in remote locations of Northeast(Meghalaya, Mizoram,Arunachal Pradesh), Bihar, UP,Haryana and entire Delhi-NCR with 20+ school partnerships and centres including few Government school partnerships.
