Title: "Exploring Interactions Between Breast Cancer Cells and the Bone Microenvironment"Summary:In this project, I conducted experiments involving the separate cultivation of breast cancer cells and osteoblast cells to investigate the impact of osteoblast cell spent media, with varying concentrations, on metastatic and non-metastatic breast cancer cells. The findings revealed that metastatic breast cancer cells exhibited survival and morphological changes in response to the bone microenvironment, distinguishing them from non-metastatic breast cancer cells.Key Achievements:1.
