-Set a personal example regarding EHS stewardship and provide leadership, demonstrating colleagues and -Clients that good EHS management is an integral element of good business  -Provide technical advice and guidance on all issues related to EHS  -Coordinate and conduct in the delivery of employee’s EHS training such as Emergency Drills (i.e. trainings, facilitate drillings etc.) including preparing of training materials  -Promote a culture of incident reporting, ensuring all incidents are reported promptly, escalated as appropriate & actively support incident investigations and share lessons learnt  -Maintain an effective system for recording and monitoring of non‐conformances arising from incident reports using EHS Reporting System (ERS), inspection and audit findings, and any other initiating event, and actively support in the timely closure of associated corrective and preventative actions  -Monitor safety performance using incident analysis and inspection and audit information, and provide monthly HSE report to Arcadis and Client.  -Liaise with regulatory authorities and other external interested parties as appropriate (including the statutory reporting of incidents)  -Manage, review and update internal procedures in line with EHS Program Review Event as a means of continual improvement  -Coordinate communications and support, maintaining EHS Alerts and other EHS information  -Support in the development of operational risk assessments and its associated control measures in accordance with Arcadis and/or Client’s policy requirements and current EHS legislation and best practice -Involved in Fire Protection EHS measures such as Hot Work Management and Local Agency Requirement (Fire) Coordinate and support EHS meetings and projects such as Kaizen, 3P etc.  -Involved in Environmental EHS measures i.e. Waste Management, Spill Prevention -Manage PPE Procurement & Management and Hazardous Chemical Management under Industrial Hygiene 
