With over 10 years experience in Project Management Office, I am a passionate and skilled PMO Analyst who strives to deliver high-quality PMO services and development across various organisations. I have a strong background in project management office, risk and issue management, governance, portfolio reporting, assurance, management monitoring, and communication. I am currently working with the IT PMO team at LGC, a global leader in the life sciences sector, to help define the Project Delivery Lifecycle, create and implement project templates and guidance documents, and improve PMO maturity and processes across the organisation.In my previous role as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at Markel International, a specialist insurance company, I developed and implemented Portfolio and PMO processes, including Project Lifecycle, RAID Management, Assurance Gate Reviews, PM tools and templates for effective project and portfolio tracking. I communicated the standards, processes, and tools to the project management community and the business, and coached and mentored PMs with new standards and processes. I also designed and rolled out a SharePoint site to align with the Project Lifecycle and produced best practice templates.
