Current• Working with the IT PMO team to help define the Project Delivery Lifecycle, created, developed, and implemented project delivery templates and guidance documents.• Play a key role in improving PMO maturity across the organisation. Implementing project process improvements and governance requirement. • Created a PMO Team site and SharePoint site as a central point of contact for key communications, project, and strategic support.• Working with the PMO team to provide a structured and standard PMO service to the IT Portfolio, supporting project and programme managers to deliver within time, cost, and quality targets.• Communicating effectively with all internal and external programme stakeholders. Assisted to embed key processes and common delivery ways of working, tooling, and reporting across the project delivery community.• Support the regular portfolio reporting cycle through the collation and quality assurance of delivery management information and KPIs.• Support programme and portfolio leads to maintain demand pipeline and in-flight projects and associated RAID information. • Provide end-to-end support for project and programme finances, including raising POs with approved suppliers, tracking capex spend and receipting invoices. Engaging closely with Procurement and Finance teams.• Support preparation of input and output material to ensure effective facilitation of key portfolio board meetings.• Work as a team to support the on-going continuous improvement of the IT PMO capability to ensure it meet the needs of the organisation’s delivery ambitions.
