I joined Bangalore Stock Exchange in November 2011 as its Executive Director. However in 2014 SEBI came out with directions for exit of Regional Stock Exchanges all over India. We converted the company into BgSE Properties & Securities Limited with primary function of investment in real estate and leasing out the owned proprties to corporates. My term as Executive Director of the Company got completed on Sep 30, 2019.
