As the Operations Head, my job entails looking for inefficiencies or bottlenecks within a process or system. At Gilard, I have been involved in spearheading change management for - Plant Maintenance by implementing TPM- Inventory Control by Digitising the process- New Product Development by streamlining the APQP process- New Business by adding a Risk Analysis Study- Production by creating and training a new team to work in shifts- Online Marketing by creating content for the YouTube channel and starting a quarterly newsletterI have also spearheaded a 1 year long project whichresulted in a saving of Rs 100,00,000 (100 lacs) for the organisation. I also use my skills as a photographer to create product catalogs and my skills in music and video editing help me to support Gilard’s Theatre Society for any onstage audio or video content.

Working at NDTV gave me a good insight into photography, videography and editing. The skills I learnt here have helped me to start a YouTube channel showcasing new musical talent.
