CurrentAs the Operations Head, my job entails looking for inefficiencies or bottlenecks within a process or system. At Gilard, I have been involved in spearheading change management for - Plant Maintenance by implementing TPM- Inventory Control by Digitising the process- New Product Development by streamlining the APQP process- New Business by adding a Risk Analysis Study- Production by creating and training a new team to work in shifts- Online Marketing by creating content for the YouTube channel and starting a quarterly newsletterI have also spearheaded a 1 year long project whichresulted in a saving of Rs 100,00,000 (100 lacs) for the organisation. I also use my skills as a photographer to create product catalogs and my skills in music and video editing help me to support Gilard’s Theatre Society for any onstage audio or video content.
