− Remote transition of Lodging Sales tax. − Computing Sales tax, Use tax, Occupancy tax, Flat tax of different states. − Filing sales tax returns, Use tax returns and Occupancy returns. − Research on any tax deviation. − Taking client calls for resolving the tax deviation. − Constant follow up from state jurisdiction for tax return filings and payments. − Preparing tax reconciliations. − Doing accounting of payment and for reconciling items. − Preparing SOP’s (Standard operating process). − Preparing various mandatory trackers.

− Reviewing the transaction on the basis of US taxability parameters. − the Primary Review Tracker and Secondary review Tracker with the correct taxability on daily basis. − Working with the Sales and Use Tax reports every month. − Contact with the requestors and vendors for resolve the taxability related queries. − Collect the accurate taxability data from the vendors and the requestors for right filing the tax. − Arranging the calls and sending the guidance mails to the requestors to make them understandable about the taxability parameters and about the require data. − Working on Ariba, Oracle, Vertex Software for Taxability and reporting purpose.
