This project sharpened my skills in handling Agrobacterium rhizogenes in an Aseptic Environment and broadened my laboratory expertise.Key objectives of my research included inoculating Petunia plants with Agrobacterium rhizogenes, transferring genetic material without recombinant DNA technology, and exploring plant dwarfism.Skills & Expertise:Proficient in PCR, qPCR, DNA & RNA Extraction, Tissue Culture, and various post-amplification techniques such as SDS-PAGE, Gel Electrophoresis, Western Blot, and Southern Blot.Experienced in working in Bio Safety Level-3 Labs (BSL-3) and Clean Room Class A & C environments, handling Bioreactors, TFF, HPLC in the production of mRNA vaccines.Previous ProjectsAmplification and Detection of the Beta-Actin Gene by PCR from human saliva.Exploring Post Amplification Techniques and their applications.Investigating the use of various enzymes in Recombinant DNA technology.Looking AheadI am excited to continue growing and gaining practical experiences in Pharmaceutical Production.
