Managing and updating the treasury policies and procedures as per business needs and upon the instructions received from the Head of Treasury & Cash management.Maintain auditable records for all treasury operations in the company and coordinate with group risk and compliance departments, to prepare the company for any external audit.Monitoring counterparty credit limits, Individual Dealers limit and Currency Net Open Position on daily basis and reporting of breaches if any, to Group Risk Committee and Head of Treasury.Prepare and submit daily and periodical treasury management reports to Head of Treasury & Senior Management.Updating and monitoring the positions and payments of all the currencies and preparation of schedule of payments after scrutinizing supporting documents.Monitoring the statements of major bank accounts to verify the receipts and payments on a daily basis.Verifying the daily currency reconciliation reports.Create and manage day to day operational financial trading relationships with key exchanges and financial institutions.Sending report to group operations on fund transfers and receipts.Scrutinizing the bank positions at the end of the day to arrive the prefunding figures wherever necessary.Reconciling counterparty payments at the end of the day.Monitoring advance USD balances to dealers for next day purchases.Providing account statements to counterparties on their requestVerifying the wholesale and retail currency stockManaging Service Softwares (Fossil, 4XPlus & SWIFT)SWIFT (MT103, MT 199, MT 202, MT300) manual payments processing.Reconciling agents’ bank statements on monthly basis.Managing Customer relations for all our correspondent banks and Liaison Offices.Managing correspondence with the banks.Grievance handling – complaints related to NEFT, SWIFT, INSTANT CASH, TC, BFC Registrations, etc.Processing online fund transfers through bank site.
