Roles & Responsibility: Support the company in the implementation of its marketing campaigns. Service assistance to existing clients as well as new clients. Producing & analyzing sales figures, then reporting them to marketing managers. Involved in drafting PowerPoint and Word pitches. Maintaining existing clientele: Retention of existing base through proper service. Business Development: Bringing new business opportunities. Handling credit control responsibilities as well as operational coordination Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

My Role:- ● Maintenance and enhancement of existing clients and to bring new clienteles.● Creating targeted business development and marketing strategies using the latest technologies & marketing techniques to maximize performance. ● Generating new business both in face to face meetings and over the phone. ● Analyze client's business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis. ● Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications.
