As a Risk Analyst at Epifi Technologies, a fintech startup that offers digital banking solutions, I apply my skills in KYC, risk operations, and transaction monitoring to ensure compliance and security for the customers and the platform. I have been working in this role since January 2023, and I have contributed to the development and improvement of risk management policies and procedures, as well as the identification and mitigation of potential fraud and money laundering risks. Before joining Epifi Technologies, I worked as a Senior Officer at ICICI Bank, one of the largest private sector banks in India, for 4.5 years, where I gained valuable experience in handling customer queries, resolving issues, and performing due diligence checks. I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ballary University in 2018, where I learned the fundamentals of accounting, finance, economics, and business administration. I am passionate about leveraging technology and data to create innovative and user-friendly financial products and services that can empower people and businesses. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools that can enhance my performance and efficiency as a risk analyst.
