As the Director for Alumni Affairs and a Consultant for the Center of Industry Collaborations at NIIT University, I leverage my 25 years of experience in education management to foster a strong network of alumni and industry partners. I am passionate about bridging the gap between industry requirements and academic curricula, and ensuring compliance with industry job roles and college curriculum standards. I have successfully executed projects and initiatives that have benefited over 300 corporate companies and various social sector domains. I have also collaborated with esteemed organizations such as the National Skill Development Corporation and Sector Skill Council, and participated in the college exchange program "ERASMUS" in Ireland. I hold a master's degree in E-commerce and a bachelor's degree in CBZ, as well as certifications in courses such as Corporate Social Responsibility, JAVA, and ITIL. I am committed to lifelong learning and acquiring new skills each year.
