I am a scientist with extensive expertise spanning both basic and clinical sciences. On research end, my interest lies in all things biology! Biology, more specifically proteins, fascinate me! I have enjoyed integrating physics, informatics, chemistry, material science, and biochemistry to study proteins. I specialize in using mass spectrometry coupled with other biochemical strategies to answer structure, stoichiometric, spacial as well as quantitative aspects of proteins, protein complexes, and proteomes.I excel at conveying intricate scientific content in a clear, concise and persuasive manner to varied audiences.My research achievements include publishing in prestigious journals such as Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).I serve on the editorial board of a couple of scientific journals, which keep me informed of the latest research developments.At LSU, I founded a journal club to critically review scientific literature. During my tenure as a Vice-president for the Postdoctoral Scientists Association at Rutgers University, I organized conferences where other researchers could learn and present their research. I effectively manage collaborations and have a proven track record of mentoring and managing research teams.My experience at BAL, AVM, LSU, GE Finance, and Nipuna Services has honed my skills in identifying key customer segments, developing strategies to enhance reach and revenue, and providing technical support through remote and onsite troubleshooting, as well as vendor management.I am passionate about research and development, drug discovery, clinical applications, business development, and project management.
