With over 15 years of experience in peptide synthesis and purification, I am a passionate and skilled Scientist. My core competencies include synthesizing various types of peptides, such as linear, macrocyclic, stapled, PEGylated, bicyclic, N-terminal and C-terminal modified peptides, from milligrams to gram scale. My mission is to apply my expertise in peptide chemistry to design and develop novel peptide-based therapeutics for various diseases. I am also interested in exploring the applications of peptide drug conjugates, click chemistry, and fluorescent labeled peptides in drug discovery. I am responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing the synthetic routes, as well as analyzing and characterizing the products using various techniques, such as HPLC, mass spectrometry, and NMR. I also ensure that the projects are completed within the budget, timeline, and quality standards. I have successfully delivered multiple peptides with high purity and yield, and have received positive feedback from the clients. I have also authored and co-authored several publications in the field of peptide chemistry.
