Responsibilities • Managing a business of One cr in department & support to meet store target set from supporting office. This includes outstanding customer care standards, rosters, training new staff and monitoring work practices amongst the sales assistants.• Attending meeting with managers and updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. • To ensure Stock replenishment & to optimize age of inventory and ensure stock turns. • Conducting AM/PM meetings to review performance on a daily basis.• To ensure timely review and feedback takes place for all store employees.• Analyzing sales figures interpreting information and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.• Understanding of Company SOP laws, security and health and safety.

Responsibilities• Handling a store business of 60lac, with the KRAs as mentioned below.• Responsible for planning, administration and designing of business strategies to achieve the Targets set for the particular floor. By Sales forecasting, stock planning and budgeting.• Manage and lead a team comprising of 25 people.• Initiate new processes to improve customer satisfaction, Customer relationship management, conducting customer satisfaction survey and handling complaints.• Setting up new systems for inventory Planning and store promotion activities.• Managing the sales and distribution/ visibility in outlet.• Planning sales promotional activities for awareness, faster off-takes for building brand image vis-à-vis new and existing products.• Maintaining product hygiene at all levels by replacing defective stocks• Reducing shrinkage and operating expenses, increasing store sales and profitability. Category management, inventory indenting, and equipment handling.

• Reporting to Area Manager & Responsible for managing whole retail store operation s which includes Fruits and vegetables Dept, FMCG, Medicines and Mobile Retail operations.• Managing a team of at least 25no to 30no and the assigning of duties. And get the work completed on time allocated. • Manage budgets as set by company standards. Motivating staff to increase sales and ensure store efficiency. • Maintaining customer relationship, by including them to become a part of Subhiksha membership and retaining their relationship with our organization.• Analyzing store sales figures, address shrinkage and stock loss.• Maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring local competitors, records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.• Responsible for completing required paperwork according to policy.• Ability to manage inventory, customer feedback. Track competitors pricing & creating a very good shopping environment to customer.
