• Design and Analysis of Bracket used in Ground door opening (GDO) mechanism of an aeroplane.• The main goal of this analysis was to investigate the performance of the bracket under the two loading conditions.• Converted 7 Piece Sheet Metal Bracket into single piece bracket.

• Understanding the forging process and casting process which includes pattern making, mold preparation & different types of casting process(Sand Casting, Investment Casting etc)• Key Learning Including Die Design, Possible Defects, QC,QA and Countermeasures Implementation.
