Production management:• Handling Plant Operations & 07 Outlet & report day-to-day activity to Managing Director.• Responsible for compiling weekly, monthly management report on plant & Outlet performance.• Production Planning & Controlling.• Improving production efficiency, product process, and production process by implementing new technology and reducing the manpower• Ensuring proper utilization of resources and ensure there is no wastage• Monitoring production schedule as per plan daily, resolve issues.• Monitoring and executing production with respect to budgeted cost, deman forecasts & time over- runs to ensure timely execution at the production.• Ensuring QMS, GMP & HACCP.• Maintaining high Hygenic level in Outlet• Customers Complaint & actionSupply chain & Material Management:• Leading the Supply chain team in effective Management• Supply Chain Operations.(Stock, Flow of Material, warehouse management, Material Management, Packaging, Dispatch, etc)• Complaling day to day sale report of Outlet & plant product to Managing Director• Stretagic planning to Increase sale & footfall in Outlet.• Placing purchase order on approved supplier as per approved submittals in timely manner.• Extensive knowledge of coordinating all of the entities involved in a supply chain.• Planning of Procurement, logistics and distribution• Maintain inventory control & Keep safe & clean work environment.• Procuring raw material, coordinating & follow up with vendors• Ensure that products are delivered in a good state and on time• Knowledge of managing returns and rejections professionally & promptly with suppliers.• Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.• Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided.• Customer Feedback & Planning for Offers to Increase sale & loyal Customer

Implementation of 5S critical.Production planning & directed the operations activities within a production area to achieve the production goals: cost reduction, quality, time and safety.Develop weekly & monthly production plans that effectively manage labor requirements & enable plant efficiency targets to be achieved while minimizing utility costs.Schedule timely changes in production plan to include asset maintenance requirement.Close coordinating with engineering department concerning machine breakdown, stoppages & training & general improvement plants.Maintain safety practices during production, maintenance, and troubleshootingFocus on cost reduction where possible at all times.Process improvements & improvement for increased overall Production capacity.Ensuring QMS, FSMS, HACCP, RCP & TPM.Preparation of Material requisitions Receipt and Dispatch of goods.
