Perform seamless interaction with global (Schenectady & Mexico) Steam Turbine cross functional teams like "buckets & rotor engineering", "designers" and "Manufacturing" teams for developing SDLC road map for 3D definition, FEA and Model Based Engineering (MBM) process. Facilitated integration of "GE and ex-Alstom power" methods and tools like Automated Steam Path Layout (ASPL - GE) & Steam Turbine Integrated Tool Suite (STITS - ex-Alstom) that use CAD & IT technologies like C, Tcl/Tk JAVA, UG ,ANSYS APDL, CATIA, OpenCascade etc in coordination with teams from Schenectady, Bangor(US), Baden(Switzerland) & Rugby(UK). Currently, working on Generators related - Diagonal Flow Coils and Slot Components automation in VBA and NX Drawing Automation Tool for servicing copper rewind automation opening black-box to reduce lead time and improve productivity.

Leader for Buckets and Rotor tools of Steam Turbine department. Accountable for support and development for global teams across global sites like Schenectady, Mexico & Poland. Developed strategy for HEAT - Reaction Blade & Nozzle design automation in existing bucket tools. Accountable for methods implementation for all types of Steam Turbine blades and rotors that included IMPULSE and REACTION type, which included project & resource planning with release of tools to production for engineering and design teams.

Started at GE by testing "in house" tools of Steam Turbine. Developed expertise in customization of 3D definition tools for blades. This involved hands on development of newer/additional blade designs in existing Steam Turbine 3D definition tools that involved automation of finite element analysis and 2D drawing generation of blades.

Started career at Quality Engineering and Software Technologies (QuEST) by working onsite at Pratt & Whitney, Connecticut, USA. Developed Unigraphics parametric models of "casing", "vane arm" and "Sync-rings" for guide vanes of GP 7000 engine. Obtained training in UG customized tool used for developing bracket designs.Moved to power generation team supporting GE on Steam Turbine HOOD modeling leading a small team of 5 members.
