1. Works across all studios to help identify, promote, and share best IT practices, tools, and processes2. Helps determine the optimal level of standardization across studios and facilitates the adoption of processes and tools to capture the benefits of standardization3.Implement global support processes and provide visibility and escalation paths for regional IT teams4. Maintaining required records for the executive member and department5. Coordinate and/or lead adhoc projects, as requested by the executive6. Recovery, reinstallation/reimaging of failed desktop and laptop computers7.Answer phones, handle general inquiries, relay messages to appropriate parties8.
