Information Technology Security Manager
Current• Leading the transition and transformation program for the Information Security portfolio for various Customer across the globe• Setup & implement, Security operations center (SOC) to establish threat monitoring and responding to Cyber threats to protect the organization’s assets • Review of Information Security architecture to identify the Security gaps and implement mitigation controls thereby reducing the potential risks • Implement new technical solutions (Cyber Security & Malware Protection) to enhance the Security portfolio • Lifecycle management of Security devices and planning roadmap for future security requirements • Implement Data protection and Data privacy standards in-line with Customer requirements and ensure the process is compliant with the Country regulations and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) • Responsible for Information Security & Technology risk management program to enable a resilient organization sensitive to Information Protection • Govern the implementation of Technical and Organizational measures to comply with contractual and country specific requirements • Responsible for the overall Data center compliance standards to achieve ISO & SOC2 certifications and lead Business continuity planning / Disaster recovery process
