Responsibilities: Planning & Fullfillment Develop demand forecast, incorporating current and accurate market information that allows the company to correctly predict customer demand and provide the overall business and its supply chain with the appropriate information to plan how to meet that customer demand. Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, leverage internal and external data sets (including but not limited to seasonality, and variability), preparing various statistical models to come up with forecast Monitor and report essential changes to forecasts and so demand plan, business strategies, and budgets, support company management with risk assessment and activities to help mitigate the risk and propose and implement solutions that accurately improve demand forecasts Defining Order Delivery Process & execution of Projects as per Order Delivery Process. Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels. Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit. Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.  Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries.  Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule.  Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production. Utilize any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required. Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels. Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production. Business case study for New product development. Monitoring Customer OTD.
