•P2P, S2P I am responsible for handling buyers / clients calls , customer tickets of our premium clients and maintain a TAT of 12 hours. •Category creation , Catalog creation. •Punchout creation, Catalog Management.I have had an excellent track record and have been awarded star employee for several quarters.•Working on end to end procurement process in Coupa like Purchase order creation.•Responsible for making changes to the purchase order as per the client requirementWorking with buyers and suppliers on contract management.•Review the Purchase requisition as per category card guidelines and do compliancecheck to assure scope is properly specified with description and cost center.Goods receipt, invoice validation which is integrated with SAP.•Responsible for creation and maintenance of contracts in coupa through out theiractive term.•Work on content creation for the category cards as per the requirement from theclient.•Work on creating internal Catalogue as per the requirements from clients andSupplier.Work on creating Punchout catalogues(CXML,E-mail) as per the requirements from clients and supplier.•Coordinating with accounts payable team for smooth operations and payment to thevendor.•Research and resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with other teams(APteam, IT, Supplier).•Coordinating with logistics team to smooth delivery of goods to the client.•Checking Vendor performance and spend under management(SUM) by sharingweekly and monthly reports.•Handling Coupa and SAP integration Errors and helping users.•Configure coupa solutions by working effectively with internal customer, IT team andsupport partners.•Handling tickets related to PO, GR, Invoices, •User management and system issuesthrough software's like "Service now, CLIO and Founda.
