Managing all types of Fire & Low Current Safety and Security Equipment's projects, Pre & Post Sales Support (Pre Sales – Site Survey, Product Demo & BOQ Support. )• Installations of Fire safety and Low Voltage Safety, Security & Surveillance Systems in Enterprise and Govt. segment.• Pre / post sales Technical support & Solutions to corporate clients for ESSE (Electronic Safety and Security Equipments).• Project Planning, Scheduling & Implementation.• Understanding customer needs and suggesting new products and Solutions.• Supervise Installation team.• Build the team to achieve the goals envisioned in the Strategic Installation Plans.• Managing operations & Building healthy relations with Valued Clients & Partners.• Plan and monitor the operations team activities.• Keeping sharp eyes on competition and analyzing their moves, their strengths and weaknesses.• Arranging technical training programs (Int / Ext) to the team members for improving their competencies.• Suggesting cost saving methods, corrective actions where ever applicable.• Remote / client place watching • Server Configuration required for remote monitoring.• Running projects of all sizes.• Managing internal employees and external employees including Union contractors.• Programming access control, burglar alarm systems and CCTV systems.• Maintain and update technical information on various Low voltage Security systems.• CCTV Security Systems:-- CCTV & Wi-Fi Camera's , Analog and IP Camera with DVR Recording, remote monitoring, circuit break alarms ect.,• Office Automation & Home Automation Systems.• Fire Alarming System (Addressable & Conventional Type)• Fire Hydrant System – Assessment & Implementation as per NBC of India.• Visitor Management System- For Corporate Segment.• Guard Patrolling System for Huge Properties.• Public Addressing System• Door Frame Metal Detectors• Baggage Scanners
