• Preparation of detailed main single line schematic.• Selection of Transformer/DG capacity and number with necessary metering & protection.• Segregation of estimated maximum demand into individual load centers.• Preparing of Method Statements, Escalation Chart, Management organization chart, Site organization chart, Installation check list, Quality assurance & control.• Preparation of Project Schedule, quantity statements like Lighting Schedule, Power Schedule, DB Schedule, and Cable schedules etc from the Consultants GFC Drawings (Auto Cad).• Coordinating with all the internal department viz., Tender, Design, Procurement, Execution (Projects), Billing, in all aspects of the Project Execution.• Preparing Variation Statements as per site requirement.

• Preparing model periodic report and compliance documentation, such as project reports, monitoring reports, quarterly reviews reports, preparation of Budget for both internal assessment and submissions to the World Bank and GoK.
