--->Providing Production support to end users by playing a responsible role in troubleshooting problems logged by the client throughout the world in Operations of their Domains, servers, Virtualization, DNS, Mails and providing complete Technical Support for the Client Company.--->Building, testing & Deploying new servers in offshore and inshore locations as per the client needs and managing them. --->Monitoring all production servers, applications, services and respond to alerts according to SOP.--->Installation and Troubleshooting server of various Virtualization such as XEN source, OpenVZ, KVM.--->Creating Virtual machines in public and private cloud environment, managing and monitoring their performance.--->Creating templates to the Virtual Machines with required services and configs --->Moving VM’s from one nodes to another node.--->Remotely accessing the server via SSH terminal and troubleshooting issues. --->Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of various server Control panel such as SolusVM, cPanel, Kloxo, Plesk etc.--->Troubleshooting boot up problems via remote tools such as IPMI, iDrac, iLo etc.--->Installing and configuring services like NFS, FTP, Apache, and knowledge on DNS, DHCP, HA Proxy and Squid.--->Basics of Shell Scripting for simple automated processes like backup etc. --->Configuring and running Backup and Restore operations in accordance with the norms and requirements of business.--->Configuring and troubleshooting RAID, LVM and other Disk management utilities.--->Complete server management such as load monitoring, Installing, running and updating necessary applications. --->Upgrading and downgrading the server as per client needs and applying patches.--->Installing, Configuring and monitoring servers using Nagios. Performing disaster recovery operations.
