• Holds overall responsibility to plan, develop, coordinate and lead software release activities with application and support teams beginning with the Software Testing phase according to agile methodology and SDLC.• Act as the gatekeeper in facilitating all agreed entry/exit criteria in the production environment• Ensures the consistency of test environment and production• Chair the CAB meetings, FRB meetings with customer. Present status reports as requested.• Prepare a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, training plan and rollback plan.• Release with minimal post go-live issues with no major impacts on the system.• Keep the stakeholders informed with the release updates.• Negotiation of efforts and finalization of release project plans.• Handling of non-conformities and tracking the closure of actions in the tool.• Responsible for reporting process metrics, maintaining process issues logs and discussing the same with the higher Management during the review meetings.• Maintain Release Notes• Responsible for setting up ITIL based processes in the Release Management space.• Updated release dashboards with various ad-hoc reports and ensured posted data are accurate for PMO stakeholder consumption.• Tracked any additions, deletions or change in scope on the published release plan including efficient tracking of defects.• Built the release plan road map and keep maintained for communication.

To provide Product Master Data Management Consultancy in alignment with NSN processes. It involves Liaison between MDM user organization’s main stakeholders and global MDM development parties to ensure proper implementation of new or changing MDM concepts, processes, and tools/functionalities. Ensure sufficient Product MDM competence of end-users and other Product MDM role persons by providing global PDM and Supply Chain trainings for Hardware, Software or Services products. Product Master Data support during Organizational Merger and Acquisitions involving consulting, training, implementation, business deployment activities.Responsibilities:• ERP Deployment activities: Change management/business preparation; Data creation & harmonization activities; Training/informing of users/role persons; Use-phase handover• Optimize inventory by reducing duplication• Supply Chain Management: Ensure, the product data is conrrect and consistent across the Supply and Delivery chain of a product. • Involved in Designing, Testing, Applicastion Support and Training for Enovia.• Provide proactive, advanced PDM concepts, processes and tools related support and consultancy.• Supports PDM related deployment projects as a global coordinator/expert for new or changed PDM concepts, processes and tools/functionalities• Acts as a PDM 3rd tier (advanced) support contact.• Handle Product MDM concepts, processes and tools related user requests• Follow-up NSN Material Master Data Quality reporting and facilitate/support the respective PDM data error correction work in BUs• Impart trainings to Business Owners (F2F or remote; 1-1 or in small/big groups depending on the audience) across the Globe related to various NSN Processes, Product Structures (HW/SW/Services), PDM related activities, and E2E Product Data management on existing and new developments in NSN Business Architecture

• Handle a team of 15- 20 Engineers. Coach, mentor and lead personnel within a cross functional team environment to align them towards project objectives.• Engineering Change Order Management (ECO/ECR/ECN)• Work closely with IT for Design & Engineering tools • Conduct flawless transition of processes from US North America region.• Work closely with Engineering and materials teams to review product updates / modifications. • Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics and maintain the SLA as per the SOW.• Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports / dashboards. • Mentor the team and guide them towards effective discharge of functions. • Handle escalations if any, and escalate matters requiring the senior management’s attention on a timely basis. • Maintain excellent relationship with internal customers at site and with key stakeholders in the organization • Create and make professional presentations to Management and customers • Identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement • Prepare Customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes.• Attending NPI meeting, Review Meetings with the Customers and higher Management.• Release Part list to production for new models & after implementation of ECO's• Key Accomplishments:• Handled independently the execution of projects with minimal supervision.• SPOC for the Customization team on issues related to BOM setup in ECS and SAP.• Successfully Transition 5 Business process (Consumer, Reverse Distribution, Suppliers, Documentation Control and Commercial Business) from US.• Involved in driving various Process-Improvement measures within the Team as well as in collaboration with the Customers.
