Worked in various capacities and was DGM at the time of resignation. In charge of Regional Office, ITI LTD Bangalore as Regional Head to cover the business in Karnataka & Goa states. Regional Office of ITI is an Independent Unit, which has to generate financial resources to run the office independently. (Total strength is 47) Responsible for Pursuing Business in Telecom & ‘IT’ segments.  Planning & Achievement of Sales Targets set by Corporate Management by continuous Marketing & Motivating the sales team. As Regional Head responsible for overall Administration, Procurement, Finance Departments.  Constant interaction with customers especially with senior officers in Bharath Sanchar Nigam Ltd & Government officials of the State. To identify new Business avenues especially in ‘ IT ’ area & also to identify potential Technology Partners.  Responsible for total Project Implementation i.e. Planning, Procurement of materials, Installation & Commissioning of network. Supervision of Telephone cabling & OFC projects. 4 As a Business Head of Regional Office responsible for Annual Maintenance Contract of Products like Telephone Exchanges, Note Counting Machines,  Invertors, Switched Mode Power Supplies etc.(No. Of customers is more than 250) Preparation of Techno Commercial bids for turnkey projects. Tendering activity for large tenders in Telecom & ‘IT’ Projects.
