Appointed as individual contributor for operations to handle the payables process for common area maintenance and budgetingmonthly, quarterly & yearly along with reconciliation, Vendor Setup, Vendor debit balance analysis & resolution.Accounts Payable & Reconciliation (Common Area Maintenance):➢ Responsible for processing yearly common area maintenance budget payments for all the stores and office space as per the contract.➢ Performing reconciliations between budget payments vs actuals on different frequencies such as monthly, quarterly, or yearly.➢ Accountable for all the exceptional or unexpected payments by working with site operation teams.➢ Working closely with internal partners on vendor setup, vendor activation if there is new store commencement.➢ Recording the accruals for new store if in case we do not receive the budget with expense break up within the timelinementioned in the contract.➢ Performing the vendor debit balance analysis on monthly basis and adjusting the same against future payments and resolvingthe vendor dispute if there are any outstanding balances.Accounts Receivable & Reconciliation:➢ Accountable for tracking the daily sales for various cards and check payments.➢ Performing the reconciliation for daily sales vs bank settlement.➢ Working closely with internal partners in case we see any variance in the sales or settlement values.➢ Involved in the testing process for S4/HANA migration.➢ Assisting the internal audit query with supporting’s substantiating the daily sales
