Direct line reporting of 25 people comprising of Process executives, Senior Executives, Process Specialists.Operations: - Resource planning (people, infrastructure etc): - Plan and monitor the resource deployment (Staffing, shift utilization, shrinkage and attrition) for the processes.Manpower Training: - Identify the need of training and coach the team to ensure competency development across domain, operations and behavioral.Quality planning (QC/QA): - Review the service quality plan including the quality control, assurance and improvement to create a comprehensive quality program for the process.Preparing the essential work related documents (SOW, SOP’s, Operations Manual & Key stroke level) & presentations.Performance planning: - Sign off the scorecard for direct reporters, KRAs to align the team with the specific process objectives.
