My 18 years of professional experience has been around Management Consulting and Six Sigma, improving efficiency of business levers which result in increasing the top line and bottom line of the company. While I started my career as Accountant, soon realized my interest towards driving process efficiency, and this was well supported by my interim roles like Specialist in PTP, OTC, RTR & BCM and learning opportunities like CPM & Six Sigma.My experience lies in driving business benefits through Re-Engineering process, applying Six sigma, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), applying Robotic Process Automation (RPA), quality analytics and implementing best in industry solution. Therefore nature of the roles that I played gave me exposure to multiple industries & business functions, while most client engagements were in Finance, Banking, Manufacturing and Telecommunication.I have been associated with leaders like Infosys, Alcoa, Cisco, Accenture and LPL Financial where I have led transformation program and delivered business benefits by reducing cost or removing waste in the process. Currently part of Delivery Excellence Team and responsible for driving transformational projects in Banking & Capital Market Industry (BCM).I am also actively associated with training resources on Project Management approach, Technical & Domain skills. I handle potential client visits in demonstrating Team, Engagement & Organization competency and capability in driving the process efficiency.Other parallel responsibility I handle involve resolving employee / team challenges, conducted a performance evaluation and performance appraisal program and handled operational deliverable / people successfully.
