 Responsible for End to End Recruitment Process. Responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring candidates for various Generic and Critical Requirements. Taking Care of employee database with regard to their date of appointment, address, Telephone No’s, references, Employee dept, code No, and other personal details. Conduct induction to exit interview to identify reasons for employee resignation. Analyze & update the reports using the exit interview feedback forms and suggest the changes for improvement.  Handling Joining, Exit formalities and Preparing summary of new joiners and resigned employees.
